Our functions areas are located throughout the venue so as to best accommodate all types of functions groups. These can range from, but are not limited to, birthdays, anniversaries, christmas drinks, work functions and even functions for no particular reason. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to gather and have a function at the Newmarket Hotel. Obtaining an area for a function, or even just enquiring about information for a function at the Newmarket Hotel is simple, just contact the hotel during office hours and speak to our management team. They will be able to help you organise your function, book in a meeting time for yourself to view the area and provide critical advice to you on how to make the event memorable……… in true Newmarket Hotel style! Our functions management team aim to look after all aspects of organisation, leaving you (the host) to enjoy every moment of the day or night. At all times we aim to cater each function individually, and where possible to best accommodate all requests and requirements. As the hotel does not have private rooms for functions we instead offer areas of our public bars for private use. The advantage of this is zero cost involved for your function apart from food and beverage purchased during the event. Please find function platter menus at the bottom of this page.
